Send us yours and your friends contact details; we will make a note on your account and call your friend to start planning their new hot tub.  Alternatively, ask your friend to call us but make sure they mention your name as a referral before making their order!
Once your friends order is confirmed, a free chemical pack will be assigned to both your accounts, and we will email you to confirm.
Your friend will have their chemical pack delivered with their new hot tub. We will post out your chemical pack 30 days later.

Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer?

There is no limit to the number of referrals. The Advantage Chemical Kit lasts around 6 months so 2 referrals a year would cover your main hot tub chemicals.

What is the reward?

If you refer a friend who goes onto purchase a hot tub, we will send both of you a free Advantage Starter Chemical Kit worth £99! Let us know your choice from Chlorine or Bromine and it will arrive in the post once your friend’s hot tub is delivered.

We do not offer any alternative chemicals, monetary option, or credit to your account.

When will I and my friend receive my chemical pack?

Your friend will receive their chemical pack with their hot tub when it’s delivered and installed by our engineers. We will post your chemical pack 30 days after your friend’s hot tub is installed.
